Breathwork is an active meditation consisting of a conscious connected breathing technique. It is a influential tool to help you quiet your mind, connect with your body, release stuck energy and emotion, dissolve stress and anxiety, and experience deeper levels of spiritual connection.
This is an inner journey experience where you will be guided on a journey powered by an active breathing technique, timed to a curated music selection designed to let go of the mind and drop into your body. You will be breathing for an entire hour which will start off slow, and build into a crescendo where you will be invited to let go with a collective release (with a cry, a laugh, a yell or tantrum). Then you’ll be invited to return to your normal breath where you’ll get to rest in stillness for the rest of the session (around 5 -10 mins) this is where you are able to integrate your experience and the lessons learn through the Breathwork session.
No previous experience required, just a desire to explore within. While the breathing practice is different for everyone and each journey is unique, some benefits and experiences may include:
