Inner Journey Breathwork is a healing modality that uses conscious connected breathing to induces deep relaxation and an expanded state of consciousness. In the process the facilitator guides the individual or group to go within one breath at a time. Once the journey is complete the facilitator with work with you on the integration process and provide further support if desired.
Breathwork can help individuals improve their self-awareness, develop new skills, create a plan for achieving their goals, and overcome obstacles that may be holding them back from success.

A breathwork sessions can vary in length, but typically last between 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours.
